This totally free, no-obligation. The call is an opportunity for us to get to know each other. We’ll discuss what brings you to therapy, I’ll tell you a little about my approach, and we’ll find out if we’re a good fit.

2. Set your goals.

In our first sessions, we’ll formulate goals and milestones that will help you measure your progress in therapy. Therapy can be hard work--these goals ensure that hard work isn’t wasted.

3. Join me for our appointments.

Each appointment is 50 minutes long. They are a combination of discussion, exercises, and proven therapeutic methods. We’ll work together on whatever is most pressing in your life, big or small.

4. Find the peace and healing you need.

Over time, you’ll experience the incredible power of therapy. As we work to develop the coping skills and heal the thought patterns holding you back, you will make strides toward the freedom, relief, and life you deserve.
